Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups πŸͺ all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp πŸ§‚ salt

1/2 cup 🧈 unsalted butter, softened

8 oz πŸ§€ cream cheese, softened

1 cup 🍬 sugar

1 πŸ₯š large egg

1/2 cup 🫐 raspberry jam or preserves

1/2 cup πŸͺ white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix flour, πŸ§‚ baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat 🧈 butter, πŸ§€ cream cheese, and 🍬 sugar until smooth. Add πŸ‹ vanilla and πŸ₯š egg, then blend.

Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.
