1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat butter,
cream cheese, and
sugar until smooth. Add
vanilla and
egg, then blend.
Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until dough forms.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet, create a small indent in each cookie, and fill with raspberry jam.
Optional: top with white chocolate chips.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
